تاسست الجوقة سنة 1986 وبدأت نشاطها مع بدء الرسالة الكلدانية السريانية في
المملكة المتحدة . ساهمت الجوقة بشكل فعّال منذ تاسيسها على توفير المناخ الروحي
واللاهوتي أثناء القدّاس للمؤمنين الكرام , من خلال اداء التراتيل التي تعبر بعمق
وفخر واعتزاز بالتراث المشرقي الغني باصالته و عراقته ولاهوته .
يجتمع اعضاء الجوقة مرة واحدة في الاسبوع في بيت الرعية ، وتقوم باداء التمارين على
التراتيل التي ستقوم بادائها في ايام الآحاد والاحتفالات الدينية الكبرى. يتمتع
اعظاء الجوقة بعدد من المواهب ومن اهمها انها تقوم بتأليف تراتيل جديدة شعراً
ولحناً، تعبّر من خلالها عن رؤية الشباب المسيحي في المهجر عن اعتزازهم وتمسكهم
بالجذور المشرقيّة الأصيلة التي ينتمون اليها
كما يسرُّ الجوقة أن تعلن للمؤمنين الكرام ان باب الإنتماء مفتوح
أمامهم للإنضمام إلينا ، والمشاركة معنا في تمجيد

The choir has begun its chanting and services since the Chaldean
Syrian mission was established in 1986. It has participated in a very effective
way to bring a spiritual and charismatic atmosphere
in the consecrated Mass for our
community. Traditional Hymns and prayers by the Eastern Church which we formerly
belong to, are very rich in Value so we are very proud to conduct
these words in our mass.
It has been performing with the
help of our priests, musicians and vocalists in order to convey the word of the
Lord.
The Choir has a rehearsal day
once week at the priest house, to prepare and to improve their performance
on Sundays and on festive days. Their talent includes writing new lyrics and setting
it to music, marking the true feelings of the Chaldean youth in exile, and the
commitments to their eastern roots.
The Choir is happy to welcome
new talents in joining the group to praise the Lord.
